We know what it's like to await a purchase! Store orders are shipping as quickly as possible across Australia.

DELIVERY AREAS

Belinda De Maria ships to all States in Australia. Unfortunately we do not ship outside Australia at this time.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Belinda De Maria ships all goods with Australia Post Parcel service, or selected courier services, from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Belinda De Maria aims to give you the best possible price for shipping. We use Australia Post for standard and express delivery and deliveries are subject to those rates.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Most items are shipped within one business day with standard delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure a speedy delivery. We offer express postage however we cannot guarantee timeframes. Please note that during high-volume or sale periods, or due to COVID-19 restrictions, there may be delays.

TRACKING

All items have tracking. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post office.

We want you to love your purchase but if something isn't quite right we are here to help.

DAMAGED GOODS

All items sold and sent from Belinda De Maria are quality checked before shipping.  We package all goods carefully to avoid any possible damage.

 

However if  your delivery arrives in damaged condition or you believe the goods are faulty, we request that you contact us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence. We will pay for return postage costs. We may refund or replace the item (pending availability) or provide a store credit. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner.

 

MISSING PARCELS

Belinda De Maria is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

CHANGE OF MIND

 

Belinda De Maria does not  offer refunds for change of mind on purchases or Gift Cards. We may offer an exchange subject to availability and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and be in saleable condition and/or original packaging.​

SALE ITEMS

Belinda De Maria does not provide refunds or exchange on sale items. All sales are final. Please make your selections carefully.
